i bent only the pins of the chip (IC)

yeah keep away from the mains, i got it. When u say points on the cart, we talking the pins that connect into the console, or the chip in the cart or both?

i bent the points on the gauntlet cart. it is less dangerous but you can get very nice effect bending points on the console too...i tried with an old nes clone. keep in mind that circuit bending NOT battery-powered devices is DANGEROUS. NEVER bend points of the console power.

ok bro, firstly this is greeeeattt, loving the territory you're taken me to! I got an old MS1 gathering dust upstairs, and it's heading this way now! So tell me, did you bend the points on the gauntlet cart or the system itself? Much variation from one game to another? Ignore ignorant comments my man, you're breakiing new ground with this shit. please respond with more info, i need help! much love from ireland.

nicely put! and great taste indeed.

i didn't claim that was new stuff. anyway yes, it could happen with dirty contacts but i actually short-circuited them to my taste.

No offense but we had this stuff back in the 70's. It was called a "dirty Atari 2600" :P Seriously, don't you get the same effect by not cleaning the contacts?
