The guy that stole the tank used to be in the military. He was discharged for mental problems. He got drunk and stole a tank. Then he got caught on a freeway divider and the cops shot him in the shoulder.

I think he was working for the military and went "postal"(not sure though) but are the police just as stupid as can be why bother chase him with cop cars if the driver was not an idiot they would have never done anything best wait and hope the military calls another tank or paint that shit and drop a laser guided bomb on the bitch
